Refund and Return Policy

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including personalized or customized gifts, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale.

Exchanges are available for defective items, incorrect orders, or damaged goods upon delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong or defective item.
